Keratan Sulfate ELISA Kit
- Reagent Preparations
Remove appropriate amount of all reagents prior to assay. Use the all reagents within a week after opening the kit.
[ Sample Diluent ]
Concentrated Sample Diluent (G); make a 5-fold dilution in distilled water.
Sample Diluent is used to prepare samples, Keratan Sulfate standard solution, and blank solution.

[ Wash Solution ]
Concentrated Wash Solution (H); make a 5-fold dilution in distilled water.
Wash Solution is used to sash the microplate wells.

[ Keratan Sulfate Standard Solutions ]
Dilute the Keratan Sulfate Standard (80ng/mL) (B) with Sample Diluent to make 5 Standards (40, 20, 10, 5, 2.5ng/mL). Use Sample Dilutent as blank solution (0ng/mL).

[ Other Reagents ]
The other kit components are ready to use.
