[ Dilution Linearity Examination ]
We used the High Sensitive Keratan Sulfate ELISA Kit to verify the dilution linearity of different types of sample.
Method
A 1/2 dilution series was prepared for the types of animal serum listed below, and measurements carried out in accordance with the protocol. The Keratan Sulfate concentrations obtained were indicated on a graph, and the correlation coefficients derived.

Conclusion
The correlation coefficient (r) for each type of animal serum was 0.993-1.000, verifying that good dilution linearity is displayed.
