[ Keratanase Digestive Examination ]
The Keratanase digestion test was used to confirm the specificity of the High Sensitive Keratan Sulfate ELISA Kit for Keratan Sulfate in various of animal serum.
Method
Measurements were carried out according to the protocol on samples prepared as shown below.

Results
Conclusion
Each reactivities (absorbance) of samples have almost completely disappeared after the keratanase digestion. High Sensitive Keratan Sulfate ELISA Kit has the specificity on the keratin sulfate from the serums of all sample animals.
