Sulfated Glycosaminoglycan Quantitation Kit

- Reagent Preparation
Aliquot required volume of reagents and prepare before using.
Prepared reagents must be used immediately and avoid storing.

[ Preparation of Sample Diluent ]

Make a 4-fold dilution of the Concentrated Sample Diluent (F) in distilled water to prepare the required amount.
Sample Diluent is used to prepare standard solution, blank solution, and to dilute the protease-treated sample solution.

[ Preparation of Protease Diluent ]

Make a 10-fold dilution of the Concentrated Protease Diluent (G) in distilled water to prepare the required amount.
Protease Diluent is used to prepare protease solution

[ Preparation of Protease Solution ] (It should be prepared within 15min before use)

Add 20mL of the Protease Diluent to one vial of Protease Powder (H), and stir for 10min. at room temperature to make Protease Solution.
* Keep on ice immediately after preparation.
** If this kit is used in separate times, make aliquot of the Protease Solution and stock at -20°C.

[ Preparation of Sulfated GAG Standard Solutions ]

Use the prepared Sample Diluent to to dilute the Sulfated GAG Standard (1,000µg/mL) (B) and prepare 6 concentrations in a 1/2 dilution series (80, 40, 20, 10, 5, 2.5 µg/mL).
Use Sample Diluent as blank solution (0µg/mL).
