[ Dilution Linearity Examination ]
We used the Sulfated GAG Quantitation Kit to verify test the dilution linearity of different types of sample.
Method
A 1/2 dilution series (concentrations: original, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8) was prepared of the types of sample listed below, and measurements carried out in accordance with the protocol. The resulting sulfated GAG concentrations were indicated on a graph, and the correlation coefficients derived.
Results
Conclusion
The correlation coefficient (r) for each type of sample was 0.991-1.000, verifying that good dilution linearity is displayed.
