We compared the results of measurements carried out with the Sulfated GAG Quantitation Kit with those obtained using the HPLC disaccharide analysis method (chondroitin sulfate A Δdi-4S + Δdi-6S concentration), and calculated the correlation coefficient.
Results
Conclusion
These data confirm an extremely good correlation between the values obtained from the Sulfated GAG Quantitation Kit and those obtained from HPLC, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.995.
