Endospecy and Toxicolor are colorimetric endotoxic assay reagents that were developed using our exclusive technology. High-sensitivity quantitative detection of endotoxins (a pyrogenic substance) that originates from gram-negative bacteria is possible with a quick and simple operation.
Pyrotell® Series
Besides colorimetry method, gel-clot and turbidimetric methods are also available as endotoxin assay methods for quality control. Seikagaku Biobusiness supplies the Pyrotell series (manufacturer: Associates of Cape Cod, Inc; FDA approved) as gel-clot and tubidimetry method endotoxin assay reagents.
Endotoxin assay Equipment and Instruments
Specialized equipment is needed for assay of endotoxins and β-glucans. Seikagaku Biobusiness supplies the Wellreader MP-96 and the EG Reader SV-12 assay equipment, which can be selected by the number of samples. By this equipment quick and high-sensitivity endotoxin assay with high reproducibility is available. In addition to these assay equipments, we also provide endotoxin-free and β-glucan-free instruments to support endotoxin assay from hardware to software.
